Factors that Causes Migraines

Migraines happen to both men and women. Migraines cause us to lose focus in the things we do, and prevent us from progressing in our work. By knowing all the causes of migraines, we can know why we have migraines and find a way from prevent it happening to us.

First, make sure you eat right. If you do not eat enough, your body would have to start eating the body inside out. Sometimes, this is severe enough to cause migraines. So, do not miss meals even if you are really busy. At least have a sandwich to fill your stomach.

Besides that, it is important that we get enough sleep.

This is because it is during sleep that our body is relaxed, thus allowing it to fix faulty organs in our body. When we do not get enough sleep, we will be very tired, as our body is not relaxed enough. The result from this is more migraines.

Furthermore, migraines can also be caused by stress. Stress causes the chemical in our brains to go imbalanced. In order to fight this, the brain will use more energy than it usually does. So, this means we will get more migraine during stressful period. In order to prevent this, use stress balls for relaxing, and rest for 5 minutes after 20 minutes of stressful work.
